Under the Winesights banner we operate three businesses, each related to the wines of the south of France.

The first business is our wine tours business.  We plan, organize and conduct tours on an occasional basis to the south of France. 

These tours are generally one week in length and cater to small groups of travelers who wish to learn more about wine by visiting the places where wine comes from.  Winesights tours are carefully paced and very comfortable with fine accommodations and dining that cater to the tastes and preferences of our traveling guests. 

Our tours combine wine tastings at selected vineyards, with visits to regional historic sites and cultural events to help our guests understand the context from which the wines come.

We are also available as tour guide on tours organized by travel agents or affinity groups such as alumni associations.  Please contact us for more information.

Our second business is custom wine tastings that either we sponsor or that we conduct for clubs, restaurants, business and community groups or private parties.

Our tastings are informative and entertaining and are very popular. We encourage interactive discussion which always expands the value of these events.

Tastings can be designed to feature wines of a specific region, vineyard, grape variety or around a theme such as food and wine matching.  We will work with you to develop the theme and select and supply wines that properly present that theme.

We also conduct invitation-only tastings for the trade when we introduce new wines imported by Winesights Agency.  For more information on upcoming introductions please contact us.

Our third business is Winesights Agency.  Our agency is a licensed importer of fine wines from the south of France. 

We select wines from producers who we personally have come to know through our tours business.  We distribute these wines to private order customers as well as restaurants and private clubs in Ontario.  Periodically we introduce our wines to the Vintages program of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario.

The agency business was established as a complement to our tours business.  As any traveler to wine country will know, it is very difficult to bring wines back home, especially if you are traveling by air.  Winesights Agency is able to provide to our tour guests many of the wines from vineyards we visit on our tours, when we return home.
